In-play (live) betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket markets for PSL, ICC T20 and other tournaments, are subject to live odds that change continuously. 538win accepts in-play bets subject to latency between real-world events and platform data. Where an event outcome is determinable at the time of a bet placement due to data delay, 538win reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake.
If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport rules, bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Specific void conditions for each sport are detailed in the sport-specific rules section of the platform.
Casino games available on 538win — including live dealer games, slots, table games and game-show formats — are operated by licensed third-party game studios.
